I recently stayed at a hotel in Rome and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Firstly, the location was ideal, situated near a metro station and city bus line, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, recommending local restaurants and even confirming taxi reservations for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the breakfast provided was decent, with a variety of options to choose from, including real Italian espresso and cappuccino. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.
No negatives to mention, everything was perfect.

The rooms were very clean(and the bathroom!!) everyday and the staff used to change towers every day but not sheets.Staff was very friendly and cooperative.Breakfast was although with little variety(the basic- great coffee!) very good. The staff at breakfast was very polite an warm.Metro station was five minute walk and close to the city center of Rome.If you try to return back to the hotel by foot is around one hour and a half walk with stations from the city center.
We find a little difficulty to our communication with the receptionists because some of them did not speak English at all.The only real disatvantage for me is that the rooms had hardly any insulation and as the train station was near we used to hear everything from the train noise till the flush of other rooms near and above us.

Located in a decent area just outside of the city center, this hotel is conveniently close to the metro stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, and the staff is friendly and helpful. In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including homemade cakes and tarts. Additionally, there are nice little restaurants specializing in home cooking and good wine nearby.
Some nights, you may be kept awake by noisy neighbors in the next room.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with a lovely bathroom and mini fridge, for instance, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was savoury and delicious, the check in was easy. Furthermore, public parking was very much appreciated.
I didn't like that there was no pressure.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, always there to help me whenever I needed it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and they even provided conditioner for my hair. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks to choose from. The hotel's location was also great - just a 7-minute walk to the metro station, which made it easy to explore the city's sights. Plus, it was far enough from the center to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourists and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere.
Nothing to fault.

Exceptional Service
Arriving in Rome in the middle of the night due to flight delay, we were grateful for the 24-hour reception at Tuscolana. The English-speaking night manager warmly welcomed us, expressing genuine concern for our well-being. He quickly checked us in, allowing us a few hours of much-needed rest before dawn. This level of service truly made our stay memorable. Conveniently located near the subway and metro, the clean rooms and decent breakfast were a bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the exceptional service at Tuscolana made it a worthwhile choice. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality.
